Policy for returning purchased goods:
If for some reason the purchased goods do not meet your expectations, you have 14 calendar days to return them. Goods manufactured to the customer's individual order (with strict preferences such as shape, size, color, etc.) are not subject to return.
The returned product must not be used or damaged (except for manufacturing defects).
The Buyer bears the costs of packaging and sending back.
You will receive the refund for the returned goods to the account indicated in the declaration of withdrawal from the distance contract.
We do not accept return shipments sent cash on delivery.
OUTLET Products
Items marked as OUTLET are end-of-line, exhibition, or dismantled products.
Such items may show signs of use or differ from current models.
OUTLET products are sold at reduced prices and are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty or the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 38(5) of the Consumer Rights Act.
How to return goods:
Inform us by phone (+48 613 072 235) or electronically at sklep@wano.pl about your decision.
Complete the declaration of withdrawal from the distance contract - you should receive it in the e-mail confirming the order.
Pack the goods carefully so that they are not damaged during transport.
Attach the declaration to the package and send it via courier to the following address:
